Our restaurant and conservatory both provide an elegant and relaxed atmosphere, with service that is professional whilst remaining friendly and informal. Pre-lunch or dinner drinks with canapes may be taken in the conservatory or lounge bar whilst looking at the menu. The perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of city life, our lovely gardens are ideal for those looking for moments of peace and quiet. Enjoying tea on the lawns, or drinks by the pond, you will find it hard to believe you are so close to one of the country's busiest cities.

Our restaurant, bar and adjoining conservatory have recently been refurbished and offer a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We offer a wide range of menus to suit all tastes.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 4.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
