The bistro restaurant offers creative and upscale culinary delights in an elegant yet casual environment. Enjoy a magnificent view of the idyllic garden while our team spoils you with a variety of delicious treats. Conferences, meetings and celebrations with up to 12 people can be accommodated in our beautiful separée. Please note that the bistro restaurant will remain closed on Sundays. In our rustic Deele restaurant you enjoy traditional farmer’s cuisine from the Sauerland region. In summers, our popular beer garden attracts many guests, offering a view of the former moat which surrounds the inner city of Brilon.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
