All our hotel rooms are spacious and have been tastefully furnished. Most rooms have sea views and have been remodelled using the finest fabrics, fittings and furniture.

The Queens Hotel Brighton is a 3 star hotel (refurbished in 2005), Our sumptuous sea front rooms have fantastic views. Relax and unwind in the hotel bar whilst overlooking the excitement of Brighton beach. The hotel is located in the heart of the attractive Lanes area, overlooking the famous Piers.

Food & Beverages

Dine in our brand new bistro: No 1 Bar & Bistro. With magnificent sea views, food is served from noon until late in the evening.

If you wish to pay in cash, a £100 deposit will be taken on arrival, and returned on your departure.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
