Minimum 2 night stays applies for accommodation on any Friday or Saturday evening. Group bookings by prior arrangement only. Please note that from the 1st of April, 2008 the Best Western Brighton Hotel will become non smoking hotel All bookings received for 5 rooms and over will be classed as a group booking .The cancellation policy for a group is 11.00hrs 28 days prior to arrival. The full amount will be charged to the credit card used at the time of booking to guarantee the bedrooms. The Best Western Brighton Hotel offers limited parking allocated on a first come first served basis.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP 15.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
