In general a minimum stay of 7 nights applies, from Saturday to Saturday (there may be exceptions). Arrival: Reception is only open between 16:00 and 20:00, so if you are going to arrive later than this, please call the hotel to arrange an appropriate time. Damage Deposit: A refundable deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be refunded on departure only if: - the apartment and its belongings have not been damaged; - you have done the cleaning at the end of your stay. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
