Travel information

By car: From Bremerhaven, Hamburg, Hannover: Leave highway A 27 at exit Horn-Lehe/University and follow signs to "Universität". Turn right into Universitätsallee on 3rd traffic light. The hotel is on the left-hand side after approx 1 km. By bus or train: From the main station take tram no. 8, take exit "Kulenkampffallee". Take the bus no. 22 or 28 direction "Universität" until exit "Munte" (2nd station). Or: Take bus "30 S" or the tram no.6 from the main station until exit "Universität/NW1". Take bus 22 or 28 direction "Kulenkampfallee" and leave at exit "Munte".

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 19.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 28.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
