Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 60.00 will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 11.00 per person. Breakfast costs EUR 5.50 per child under 11 years. Half board costs EUR 24.00 per person. Half board costs EUR 12.00 per child under 11 years.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 3.50 per night and person in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged EUR 5.50 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
