Rooms

All rooms are equipped with a bath or shower, toilet, bidet, a balcony or terrace, a TV with pay-per-view TV, radio, minibar and 2 telephones. Rooms are 28m2. Our standard rooms are located between the ground and 3rd floor as well as on the 4th and 5th floor, facing the hill. If you would like an upgrade the hotel offers renovated rooms, the same size as those in the comfort category (6th to 9th floor north/hill view) at a supplement of EUR 20 per night and superior rooms (4th to 9th floor south/village view) at a supplement of EUR 30 per night.

9 conference rooms for up to 750 people, the peaceful setting as well as the numerous leisure activities provided for by both the hotel and the holiday region itself, make this place perfect for meetings and events of all types. Indoor or outdoor, focused meetings or fit and active events – our competent and flexible team is at your disposal. Suggestions during the creation stage, support during the planning stage and taking care of your guests during the event itself – we make sure every minute goes off without a hitch.

Food & Beverages

Indulge in culinary specialties in our restaurant 'Pfaffenstieg' (open daily for breakfast from 07:00 to 10:30 and dinner from 18:30) or enjoy a snack in our cosy English pub (open from 11:30 to midnight). In the afternoon our roof garden café with panoramic views awaits you serving coffee and cake (Friday to Sunday from 14:30 to 17:00) with live music. After a stressful day, relax in our Night Club/Panorama-Bar while enjoying a tasty drink accompanied by live music (open Friday and Saturday from 21:00).

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and costs EUR 10.00 per hour. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 11.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 2.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
