The hotel is situated opposite the old town hall, in the heart of the beautiful historical district of Havelstadt Brandenburg. In addition to the Havelland breakfast restaurant with terrace, Parduin restaurant with bar and inner courtyard with summer garden and terrace, this hotel also offers 6 meeting rooms, fitness centre, sauna and bicycles, as well as an underground garage with 40 parking spaces and a public car park right in front of the hotel.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast in the Havelland Salon: A glass of sparkling wine or a healthy alternative for breakfast? A generously stocked breakfast buffet will ensure you have a good start to the day, served from 06:30 every day in the Havelland Salon. Weather permitting, you can also leave the Havelland Salon and enjoy the sunshine at a table on our terrace. Seating for 50 people. Terrace in the courtyard garden seats 40 people. Breakfast is served daily from 06:30 to 11:00. Parduin Restaurant: Black leather seats and benches, high book shelves and a warm wooden floor create­ an atmosphere that is reminiscent of stately English mansions. Paintings are arranged frame to frame on rust-red walls and a white tiled stove is in the corner, overlooking the brick façade of the old town hall. In this warm, almost cosy atmosphere, your taste buds will be pampered by the diversity of excellent regional cuisine. Seating for 40 people. Parduin Bar in the restaurant seats 6 people. Fine regional cuisine is served daily from 10:00 to 23:00.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 38.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
