All of the rooms are stylish and sophisticated with modern en suite bathrooms. Every room has recently undergone a major refurbishment. The majority of the rooms are now non-smoking. Requests for smoking rooms cannot be guaranteed, but will be accommodated whenever possible. Please see individual room details for a complete list of facilities available in each room.

Hotel details

Please note that at weekends, the hotel often caters for weddings, which may mean that the restaurant is unavailable to hotel guests. Using the contact information provided on your booking confirmation email, you may wish to contact the hotel direct to check if the restaurant is open for service.

Food & Beverages

The award-winning restaurant and cocktail lounge offers a welcoming atmosphere and a varied selection of both fine á la carte cuisine and hearty bar meals. The head chef has created an inspired European and English menu, using the freshest produce. Dishes range from seasonal asparagus and fruits, rosettes of salmon in coriander, to traditional meat, poultry, salad and vegetarian dishes. All ingredients are fresh from major local suppliers and where possible are non-genetically modified.

It is advisable to check restaurant availability for weekends and public holidays as the hotel hosts many functions and weddings. When staying during a public holiday, please note that the breakfast times may vary and the restaurant will close for lunch and dinner.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 7.50 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
