During trade fair periods, the Ramada's outbound shuttle service to Brühl railway station operates from 07:30 until 09:00. Guests will also receive a free return ticket for the train journey. The return shuttle from Brühl railway station to the hotel operates between 18:30 and 20:00. Fifteen rooms are available for meetings, conferences and events. These air-conditioned rooms feature modern presentation equipment and Wi-Fi internet access.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 6 to 12 years is charged EUR 16.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 32.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
