Food & Beverages

The award-winning restaurant serves modern British food and runs under the guidance of Paul Peters, one of a new generation of talented young chefs. The restaurant can host small, private lunches or dinners. The excellent cuisine consists of fresh local produce with immaculately presented ample portions and a fine selection of wines. Throughout the day a selection of freshly made sandwiches and beverages are served. Afternoon tea is served between 15:30 and 17:00. At lunchtime guests can choose from the terrace menu. In the evening there is a 4-course table d'hôte menu, which changes daily. A traditional Sunday lunch (3-course table d'hôte menu) is also available in the restaurant on Sunday from 12:00 to 13:30. Tables can be reserved.

Pet Information: Pets are welcome at the hotel and there is a kennel in the hotel grounds. Pets are not permitted in the hotel building.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 17.50 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
