Food & Beverages

The 2 AA Rosette-awarded Vinand Restaurant specialises in British cuisine, while the Terrace Bar and Lounge, with unrivalled views over the lake itself, offer light meals, including delicious afternoon teas. In the bar you can enjoy the large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, or tempt yourself with a cocktail. A 24-hour facility is in operation. Bars are opened and closed at the discretion of the night staff, depending on the number of guests. Room service drinks are available after normal closing time.

Non-Smoking Policy: In line with the Smoking, Health & Social Care Act, July 2007, the hotel operates a non-smoking policy in all guest rooms, public areas, function suites, bars and restaurants. Guests are kindly requested to observe the non-smoking policy at all times. Car Parking Limited car parking is available a short distance from the hotel. You will need to collect a pass from reception in order to access the hotel's car park. Alternatively you may wish to allow the concierge to park the car for you and assist with your luggage. For this service you must arrive at reception and present your keys on check-in.

Wired internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
