How to check-in/out: You can pay by cash during the opening hours (06:30 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and 07:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 during weekends and holidays). If you plan to arrive outside those hours please contact the hotel for further information.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 4.80 per person.  Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 6 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
