In addition to all the facilities already listed, all the apartments are equipped with 4 electric or ceramic hobs, a vacuum cleaner and a phone (fee required). Some apartments have facilities for the disabled. Cost includes: - Accommodation. - Sheets. - 1 pillowcase per person. - Bathroom linen. - 2 dishcloths per apartment. - Cleaning kit. - End of stay cleaning (kitchen area and washing-up excluded). All beds are fitted with duvets. Please note that the apartment is not cleaned every day.

Hotel details

Guests can choose the "Premium" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes: Beds made for arrival. Change of the bathroom linen in the middle of the stay. Mid-stay cleaning. Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with: Folding baby cot with 1 sheet. Highchair.

DEPOSIT A deposit of EUR 200 per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. Reception opening times: Monday-Thursday: 08:00-12:00 / 16:00-20:00. Friday: 08:00-12:00 / 15:00-24:00. Saturday: around the clock. Sunday: 00:00-13:00 / 16:00-20:00. Important: in case of arrival outside opening times of the reception, please contact the residence.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 58.00 per week.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
