Rooms

The hotel has 26 luxurious rooms (some with connecting doors) and 8 junior suites. All rooms are Non-Smoking. The rooms are available from 14.30 on the day of your arrival. The hotel provides a storage facility for your luggage if you arrive early and where you can leave your luggage on the day of your departure until 22.00.

The owner and the staff are pleased to welcome you in Hotel Avenue. From 8 a.m. till 10 p.m. we are delighted to give you the real good information regarding restaurants, visits, places of interest and so much more. Relax and enjoy yourself Lounge/Bar Fitness Solarium We also offer free bicycle parking. The hotel has recently been awarded a recognition label as bicycle-friendly hotel by the Flemish Tourist Board. We also offer a computer that is free of charge

Food & Beverages

Every morning we offer an elaborate breakfast buffet in our romantic breakfast room and of course a friendly and efficient service by our permanent staff. There's also the possibility to reserve your 4-course diner in hotel Malecot situated 4 minutes from hotel Avenue (20 Euro per person and minimum 3 night stay). Bar is open every day from 8h till 22h and terrace, when weather permitting. There are 25 restaurants within 5 min. on foot from our hotel, and 300 restaurants in total in Blankenberge (all max. 15 min. on foot).

If staying for one night, a surcharge of EUR 2.50 per person will be charged by the hotel. Please note that this amount is not automatically calculated in the total costs of your reservation. For group reservations of 6 rooms and upwards, the hotel has to be contacted via this website's customer service. The hotel does not accept groups where the majority are all men or all women. Chip and pin credit cards or cash are the only accepted methods of payment (for security reasons the hotel cannot accept credit cards that do not have chip and pin).

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 17.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2.
