Rooms

The hotel has 26 luxurious rooms (some with connecting doors) and 8 junior suites. All rooms are Non-Smoking. The rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of your arrival. The hotel provides a storage facility for your luggage if you arrive early and where you can leave your luggage on the day of your departure until 22.00.

The hotel has recently been awarded a recognition label as bicycle-friendly hotel by the Flemish Tourist Board. We also offer a computer that is free of charge

Food & Beverages

A rich breakfast buffet in served in the charming breakfast room, where you can enjoy the friendly and efficient service of the staff team. The bar is open every day from 08:00 until 22:00 and you can enjoy drinks on the terrace when the weather permits.

If staying for 1 night, a supplement per person applies. Please note that this amount is not automatically calculated in the total costs of your reservation. For group reservations of 4 rooms and more, please reserve through the customer service of this website. The hotel does not accept groups of all men or all women. Chip and pin credit cards or cash are the only accepted methods of payment (for security reasons the hotel cannot accept credit cards that do not have chip and pin). Please note that you have to pay your stay directly at the hotel. There is no prepayment by credit card. To reserve parking you have to contact the hotel directly.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 18.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2.
