Reception is open Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 21:00 and at weekends from 08:00 to 21:00. If you plan to arrive outside these hours please contact the hotel in advance. The hotel does not accept American Express for payment of any kind. A different card must be used in order to guarantee your reservation.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 2.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
