Food & Beverages

A varied breakfast menu is offered each morning in the stylish dining room. Freshly cooked to order, the kitchen uses only the best quality local products. A small tea room, offering homemade scones, cakes and snacks, is also available.

Payment Information: A supplement of 1.5% will be charged on all card transactions. Check-In Information: If you are due to arrive later than 22:00, please contact the hotel in advance in order to inform them of your estimated time of arrival. You can contact reception by telephone or via email, using the contact details supplied on your confirmation email. If your arrival time changes, please contact the Windsor Carlton Hotel directly. Please note that arrivals cannot be accepted after 23:00. Please note that the hotel does not accept bookings for hen or stag parties. Group bookings for a maximum of 4 people of the same sex are allowed. The hotel is entirely non-smoking. If a guest is caught smoking inside the hotel, they will be ask to leave the premises and no refund will be given. Please note that the hotel does not supply baby cots.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
