All of the 11 en suite rooms are tastefully furnished and attractively decorated. Each of the bright, comfortable rooms is well appointed with all the modern comforts and facilities you need in a restful, relaxing base, including flat-screen digital TVs.

Hotel details

Please note that the Windsor Carlton is not a hotel, it is guest accommodation. There is off-road parking on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a 24-hour car park a few minutes away. For an additional cost, The Windsor Carlton offers a 'Lazy Sunday' promotion, with late check-out until 18:00 on Sundays (subject to availability).

Food & Beverages

A varied breakfast menu is offered each morning in the stylish dining room. The breakfasts are freshly cooked to order, using only the best quality local products. Special dietary needs can be catered for at the hotel, please issue any dietary requests via the "booker remarks" section at the time of making the reservation.

Payment Information: A supplement of 1.5% will be charged on all card transactions. Check-In Information: The Windsor Carlton kindly requests that you notify them of your estimated time of arrival, using the contact details provided on your booking confirmation. Group Bookings: Please note that the Windsor Carlton does not accept bookings for hen or stag parties. Group bookings for a maximum of 4 people of the same sex are allowed, subject to the proprietors’ discretion. Non-Smoking Information: The Windsor Carlton is entirely non-smoking. If a guest is caught smoking inside, they will be ask to leave the premises and no refund will be given. Children/ Extra Beds: Please note that the Windsor Carlton does not supply baby cots. Disabled Facilities: Please note that the Windsor Carlton does not have a lift.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
