Our standards in all aspects are high and our aim is to please and give you a holiday to remember. Family run hotel, valued throughout, all the rooms en suite, direct dial telephone, tea and coffee making facilities, tv and dvd available. Overlooking the beautiful Gynn Gardens and adjacent to the promenade with all of the local attractions nearby. Clients appreciate the hotel is ideally situated in one of Blackpool's more residential areas, which is sorry, and above all, we do not take hen or stag parties, . All bedrooms are non-smoking. The Berwyn Hotel has excellent facilities including bar, valued throughout, lounge, sun lounge and a separate dining room.

Travel information From the m55 Motorway, take Junction 4, turn right onto the a583 for two miles, then turn right onto the a587. Carry straight on for 2.5 miles, over the railway bridge to the traffic lights (b&q on the right), turn left into Warbreck Hill Road and head towards the seafront. Take the first left onto Seafield Road followed by the first right onto Finchley Road. The hotel is situated at the end of Finchley Road on the left hand side.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

15 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 1 year stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child from 2 to 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
