It is now graded by the AA as Blackpool's highest rated 3-star hotel. Sleepwell Hotels re-opened The hotel in 2004 after extensive refurbishment and renovation. The calm atmosphere at The hotel contrasts with Blackpool's more central hotels and a direct tram link to the town centre and the seafront attractions provides guests the best of both worlds. Situated on Blackpool's pleasant New South Promenade, and above all, the the hotel incorporates 92 en-suite bedrooms, the superb Restaurant 21, a relaxing lounge bar and the fully equipped Fylde conference and events suite. The Carousel has an a La Cart Restaurant which is open daily to residents and non residents, featuring our four course Table d Hote menu at 14.95 The Fylde Suite can accommodate upto 120 for Conferencing, Weddings, Banqueting and Social occaisions For a lighter option, the Lounge Bar offers a wide selection of snacks and international beverages from 11am daily.

It is not normal hotel policy to accept stag or hen parties. Please contact hotel directly for further information.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. Baby cots are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
