All rooms are brand new and furnished to a high standard. En suite bathrooms come with a power shower and heated towel rails for your comfort. Rooms have a modern decor and flat-screen TVs. Please see individual room details for a complete list of facilities on offer.

Hotel details

Whether you are with us for a main holiday, a short break, a theatre break or a special occasion, your every comfort is our highest priority and we pride ourselves on our service and on giving great value for money. If you would like us to arrange theatre bookings etc., we would be happy to advise and assist in any way we can.

This hotel does not accept stag or hen parties. Mature singles, couples and families only. Please contact the hotel directly for further information. A minimum 2-night stay is required for public holidays and also weekends during the Illuminations (01 September – 05 November 2008).

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 5.00 per 24 hours.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs GBP 5.00 per 24 hours.

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 20 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
