Hotel details

We are a small family run hotel, benefiting from a beautiful, central location, with views of the magnificent mountain range. Centrally located between Berchtesgarden and Ramsau along the B305 alpine road we are just 20km away from Salzburg. Bus trips to Salzburg and the beautiful surroundings can be booked at reception - you will be picked up from and returned to the hotel. We have a splendid restaurant with international and Bavarian cusine. The sauna and solarium are situated in the house next door, as are the washing machine and tumble-drier (charges apply). Food & Beverages

In our guest house you are spoiled with quality! Start with our delicious breakfast buffet and enjoy tasty dishes from 11:30 am to 09:00 pm. Venison from national park, trout from Königssee, vegetarian dishes or pasta dishes - our cuisine will fulfill every culinaric desire. On our sunterrace home made cakes, tarts and sundaes are served in afternoon. Taste a fresh bavarian Franziskaner Weißbier or one of the new beer creations of Bürgerbräu. Excellent vines from Germany, Austria, Italy or France complete our appetizingly offers.

Only in the comfort category extra beds can be placed. Extra beds have to be requested and confirmed by the hotel. All children under 4 years using existing bedding have to pay 5€/ day for breakfast. These extra costs are not shown in the total amount and have to be paid directly in the hotel.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and costs EUR 1.00 per 24 hours.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs EUR 14.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 28.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
