We offer various business facilities and charges are applicable. Please contact the hotel directly for further information. Executive day conferences and 24-hour conferences can be arranged at an additional cost. The Albright Suite, the boardroom and the Lower Gornal are used as meeting rooms. The cost varies accordingly for half day and full day conferences. There are 2 fine restaurants: the English à la carte restaurant and the Kavi Indian fusion restaurant.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served Monday - Friday from 07:00 to 10:00. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays breakfast is served from 08:00 - 10:00. Lunch is served Monday - Friday from 12.00 - 14:00. Sunday Lunch is served from 12:00 - 15:30. Dinner is served Monday to Saturday in Jonathans' a la carte from 18:30 - 22:00 and in Kavi Indian from 18:30 - 23:00.

The hotel is completely non-smoking. Jonathans' à la carte restaurant and bar is closed on Sunday evenings.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 3 to 10 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
