Payment for your stay is on arrival. If you are paying in cash then you must provide a valid form of identity (for example, a driving licence or passport).

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 5.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 12.00 per 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 13:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs GBP 7.80 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 15 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
