The hotel comprises 195 bedrooms, all with excellent soundproofing, a double bed, and double sofa bed. Rooms feature 26" flat-screen TVs and an in-house entertainment system (at an additional cost). All rooms have a private bathroom.

Food & Beverages

Offering a very warm and friendly service, you can dine in the hotel's own Elements restaurant and bar (opening from 05:00 until 22:30). Breakfast is available from 05:00 until 10:00 (Monday to Friday), and until 12:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. The hotel offers 24-hour room service with a limited menu.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 9.95 per person.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 13.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Groups

When booking for more than 15 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
