Food & Beverages

Elements is Novotel's new approach to eating and drinking. You choose when, where, what and how much you want to eat. The intention is to give you as much choice as possible. Tasters dishes offer a small portion to satisfy your curiosity. Starters can be ordered to start your meal, or as a selection to create a main dish. A selection specific main course dishes are also available. Novotel listens to its customers, so its Old Favourites menu is comprised of your favourites: classic dishes that you love. Served with a contemporary twist and in a set size, they’re here for everyone to enjoy, on any occasion.

Children stay and eat free when sharing with an adult. An extra room for children is charged at 75% of adults room. We operate a non smoking policy in our restaurant and 112 bedrooms. Breakfast is served until midday on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Unconfirmed bookings will be released at 6pm. If a twin Room is required (double bed & sofa bed) this must be reserved at the time of booking as twin rooms cannot be guaranteed at the time of check in and a double rooms will be provided)

Internet

Internet via TV is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 3.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 13.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs GBP 12.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
