All guest rooms are designed for comfort, every detail has been designed to create a modern and pleasurable environment. All rooms boast comfortable beds, duvets and range of pillows which can be chosen from our famous pillow menu. All bedrooms have air conditioning, colour TV's with in-house movies and playstations.

Hotel details

The hotel offers a transfer service (additional cost) for all hotel guests from Birmingham International Airport, Train Station and NEC. This service operates 7 days a week from 05:00 until 10:00 and 16:00 until 22:00 (and at later times during concerts and shows). For your business events and special occasions, Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport offers 8 meeting rooms with a capacity of up to 130 people. Some of the bigger suites are also suitable for larger functions and banquets.

Food & Beverages

The hotel offers a wide choice of food to suit all palates, including a selection of light modern dishes from The Flight Bar and fine dining in The Grill Room Restaurant, created by award-winning Chef Marcus Renzi. Alternatively, you can treat yourself in-room dining, available 24 hours a day.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 5.00 per hour.  Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 5.00 per hour. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.  Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs GBP 17.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
