Food & Beverages

Please note that at the weekends breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00. Enjoy traditional English and international cuisine with all-you-can-eat buffets and daily chef's specials. Food is available throughout the day.

Late arrivals: guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 23.00 hrs. Your room cannot be guaranteed after 23.00 hrs. If you can’t change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel prior to 23.00 hrs local time The hotel requires written authorisation from the credit card holder for any credit card transactions made when the card holder is not present.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs GBP 7.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 10 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
