Rooms

Each apartment is furnished with a dining table, chairs and a coffee table. The kitchens are equipped with toasters, kettles, utensils, crockery, cutlery, a vacuum cleaner, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a spin dryer. Some of the apartments also have dishwashers. The bathroom amenities include bath mats and towels. Clean linen is provided daily and there is a weekly maid service. Docking stations for iPods and MP3 players are available in apartments on request.

Hotel details

There is a choice of either a studio or 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, all available at different locations in the city centre. Townsend Way is home to many of the 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, whilst 32 George Street offers a studio and 1-bedroom apartments. There are 2-bedroom apartments available at Newhall Court, with 3-bedroom apartments also located on Branston Street.

Food & Beverages

Complimentary tea/coffee is available, whilst coke and bottled water can both be provided at an additional cost. These are self-catering apartments and therefore breakfast cannot be provided.

You need to call one hour before arrival (on the phone number provided on your confirmation email) so we can arrange to meet and greet you. A GBP 250 security deposit is authorised on your card to cover any loss or damage to the apartment. Please note the map location shown is of the Townsend Way apartments. Your accommodation may not necessarily be here. You could be allocated an apartment on either George Street (a 5-minute walk away) or Branston Street (a 10 or 15-minute walk away). You will be contacted after making your reservation with details of you allocated property.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 10.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 10.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
