The hotel offers its guests service that is at once professional and personalised. There are 8 private rooms for meetings and banquets, with capacities ranging from 20 to 300. The gym is located on the first floor and features all kinds of fitness equipment for cardio, aerobic and anaerobic workouts, with everything from exercise bikes to weights. The gym also has a wet area with a mist shower and steam bath. The hotel also offers a massage service, with the newest and most effective treatments available from experienced and fully-qualified physiotherapists, masseurs and coaches. A laundry and dry cleaning service is available. A safety deposit box for valuables is available in reception 24 hours a day. If you need to get some work done, you can use the business centre, with PC with internet access and printer available free of charge, as well as a complimentary minibar. Complimentary Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel.

Food & Beverages

The hotel’s restaurant offers high-quality service for private lunches or business lunches or dinners. The excellent, innovative cuisine has been recommended in the Michelin guide. A wide range of impressive dishes is available including Basque specialities and international classics. The menu changes daily, from Monday to Friday, reflecting the finest, freshest local produce available.

Extra bed can only be added in one type of room: Superior Double Room.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 18.72 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
