The hotel’s restaurants offer a variety of different options to suit the tastes, needs and budget of any traveller or group. Restaurant Asador Sidrería Arratiecho offers informal dining, home made specialities and generously portioned dishes from the open-fire barbecue. Lunches and dinners are available. There is an à la carte menu and several set menus such as the Sidrería y Asador. The restaurant specialises in beef and offers various choices such as sirloin, entrecote, steak and cutlet. There is also a choice of Basque cider, Somontano wines and other alcoholic beverages to complement your meal. Restaurant San Pelay is a charming, modern restaurant, which prides itself on the careful preparation and strong presentation of its dishes. In the same building as the hotel, the restaurant serves a carefully selected menu and a specially chosen wine selection designed to complement the cuisine. The quiet environment, large windows and great views of the mountains of the Biescas region all enhance the atmosphere of fine dining. Upon request, the hotel can provide special menus for business meetings and other special events. Opening hours: Breakfast: 08:00 until 10:30 Dinner: 20:30 until 22:30

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.56 per person.  Half board costs EUR 17.12 per child under 6 years.  Half board costs EUR 34.24 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
