Presented in a contemporary design, this 4-star property has 150 spacious and colourful rooms (including 9 suites), with all the great amenities of a quality hotel, such as free Broadband, two restaurants, an outdoor swimming pool heated throughout the year on the rooftop terrace... Operated by French rugby international Serge Betsen, the Spa Kemana provides personnalized programmes for body and mind, with massages, aromatherapy and jacuzzi. Resident guests can enjoy the complimentary use of the fitness center, with a direct access from the hotel.

Food & Beverages

Onyx, the new restaurant and Bar & Food venue in Biarritz, with its modern and convivial ambience; Serving snaking menus and semi-gastronomical food, Onyx is open for lunch and dinner. The mild climate of Biarritz give guests the opportunity to taste our à la plancha menu in the Transat Café, next to the swimming pool, on the roof terrace with its memorable panoramic views of Biarritz, the surrounding countryside, mountains and ocean. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.65 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 22.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 1 to 17 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 60.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
