Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 5 to 12 years is charged EUR 16.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 73.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
