Whether your stay with us is for a night, a long weekend or longer, you will be sure of a warm and friendly welcome at the Swallow Falls Hotel. Our 15 en suite bedrooms have been recently refurbished to high standards, whilst retaining their original character and charm.

Swallow Falls Hotel was built in the last century to take advantage of the local views, as well as the proximity to the now famous Swallow Falls.

Food & Beverages

Traditional pub, hotel bar and tavern cafe all serve food at reasonable prices. There is a wide choice of places to enjoy a meal and drink, with opportunities to sit outside in summer, and take advantage of the beautifully landscaped gardens, which include an adventure playground for children. The restaurant is open from March to October. The Fudge Shop, where the hotel makes its own fudge, is a temptation not to be missed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
