The relais offers rooms and apartments in a quiet and green setting, typical of Umbrian hills. In armony with the style of the relais the rooms are named with a reference to territorial flowers and trees. All rooms are with independent entrance, Tv, mini-bar, safe, hair-dryer, telephone, air conditioning and bathroom with hydro-massage. Each one is different regarding colours, fabrics and furniture. The apartments, with a wonderul view and an independent entrance, are at 500-600 metres from the central area; they have feature a living room and fully-equipped cooking area.There are one, two and three-room apartments. In the apartment the rate not include daily cleaning and bedlinen and towels changing (on request).

The perfect union of Umbrian traditions and contemporary creativity gives rise to a fine cuisine in the two restaurant halls, La Veranda and La Terrazza. Flavours and fragrances combine to create an unforgettable experience in dishes prepared with fresh products from the hotel’s own farm including vegetables, pork, oil and truffles. Poggio Degli Olivi produces top quality extra virgin olive oil following a traditional method and using olives picked right from the hotel’s onsite groves. Guests may purchase the hotel’s products as well as visit the farm, including the enclosures where Cinta Senese swine are bred to produce unmistakable pork products.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.00 per person.  Half board is not included and costs EUR 25.00 per person.  Full board is not included and costs EUR 45.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
