Rooms

All of the standard rooms at Hartsfield Manor have double beds and are fully equipped. All superior rooms are larger and are located in the Manor House, with views of the surrounding gardens. The hotel cannot provide extra beds in same rooms as their parents for children over 13 years of age. The Z-beds are strictly for children aged 13 years and under.

Hotel details

Superior en suite bedrooms are located in the Manor House. Standard en suite bedrooms are located in either the Charlwood Annexe, Headley or Lodge Cottage, subject to availability at the time of booking. Please advise when booking if dinner will be required. Unfortunately, Hartsfield Manor are unable to offer room service. Please note that from 1st September, Hartsfield Manor is a completely smoke free zone and all bedrooms through the venue are non smoking.

Food & Beverages

A full English breakfast is served between 07.30am and 09.00am each morning. Please advise when booking whether dinner is required. Dinner is served between 7pm and 9pm in the Terrace Restaurant. Our Terrace Restaurant holds up to 120 people so we can also cater for business conventions or that special family gathering, including your wedding day as we hold a licence for civil ceremonies.

At Hartsfield we offer a wide range of activities including a gym, pitch & putt, billiards, snooker and delightful grounds for that early morning stroll with 16 acres of grounds to meander around. Close by in Dorking are more sports and spa facilities to enjoy.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
