All our studios and apartments have a double bed or two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room of the suites. a fully-equipped kitchenette with microwave, a bathroom or shower room, with WC, telephone with direct line television with satellite and Canal+

Hotel details

The opening hours of the apartment building: Monday to Friday: 7.30 am to 9.00 pm Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays: 8.00 am till noon and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm. Payment is due upon arrival at the Residence.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
