Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 16 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 4 to 6 years are charged EUR 16.50 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 13 years are charged EUR 21.70 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 32.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
