The Sorell Hotel Arabelle is just a short walk from the city centre and the university. The hotel has excellent public transport connections.

Food & Beverages

The breakfast buffet is served from 06:30 to 10:30. You can get snacks at the mini bar in the lobby (available 24 hours). For lunch and dinner we recommend the restaurant Gustave at the partner hotel Ador.

The hotel is not accessible for disabled people.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and costs CHF 5.00 per 30 minutes. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs CHF 17.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 13 to 16 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
