Hotel details

The Sorell Hotel Ador is located only a few minutes walk from the train station and the old quarter of Bern. The Parking City West is located in the same building and accessible from the hotel via the lift. The conference facilities are for up to 400 people and there is a restaurant on-site.

Food & Beverages

The breakfast buffet is served from 06:00 until 10:30. The restaurant Gustave is open from 06:00 until 21:00.

Please note that the restaurant is being renovated between 30 June and 01 September 2008. There is no restaurant service in this period. A bar is available, however.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 10.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs CHF 28.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 16.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
