Rooms

Our apartments feature single beds and bunk-beds as well as well-equipped kitchens including a fridge, stove, coffee machine, toaster and crockery. The bathrooms are tiled in white. You can either bring your own bed sheets, towels and TV or rent them from us at a small price.

The hotel has a central location only 5 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn station Wollankstraße from where you can reach the city in about 10-15 minutes. There are 2 beautiful courtyards on site where guests are free to relax.

The bistro located within our hotel offers breakfast à la carte Monday through Friday until 12:00. Breakfast buffet at the hotel is available daily from 07:00 until 10:00.

From the Hauptbahnhof (main station) you can reach the hotel by tram; from the airport Schönefeld by tram and from the airport Tegel by bus. Further information is available at the hotel via telephone or email.

Area information

The hotel is located in a calm residential area on the outskirts of district Mitte bordering the districts of Pankow and Reinickendorf. The next tram station is only a 5 minute walk away. Various bus lines are also nearby. From the end of the Stadtring Nord you can reach the hotel in approximately 10 minutes by car.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 25.50 per night and person in an extra bed.  One further older child or adult is charged EUR 23.50 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
