Our apartments are brightly and modern furnished, with carpets or laminate. The exclusive Apartments “Dwight”, provide 1.5 rooms (approx. 40 sqm) and are equipped with a cosy living area, a dining bar with bar stools, LCD-TV, high-speed internet access as well as southward balcony with view to the Checkpoint Charlie. Both apartments have a TV, radio, video interphone system, fridge/freezer combination, dish-washer, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, flat iron, hair-dryer, bed linen and towels.

You will find the exclusive apartments of the Checkpoint Inn in a residential and business house – the Checkpoint Plaza, only a few steps away from the famous Friedrichstrasse. Amongst others, there are a barber and cosmetics shop, a flower shop, an Italian restaurant and a supermarket on the ground floor of the house. Part of the house equipment is a doorman service around-the-clock, a private postbox, a laundry cellar as well as a bike-storeroom.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 10 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
