Area information There are shopping facilities, metro, subway and bus stops on the hotel’s doorstep. The Estrel Convention Centre is approximately 3 km away. Alexanderplatz, where you will see the Fountain of the Friendship of the People, is approximately 10 minutes by car or 6 stations on the underground. Potsdamer Platz is approximately 10 minutes by car. Since the fall of the wall it has become the most visible symbol of the new Berlin. It is a top shopping area and has an English cinema, film academy and film museum. Zoologischer Garten, with the largest number of species in the world is approximatey 15 minutes by car.
