If cancelled or modified up to 16 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. EUR 15.00 service charge per stay is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
