The Estrel Berlin Hotel & Convention Center is the biggest convention and entertainment complex in Europe. The multifunctional, air-conditioned convention centre offers function rooms which boast an overall size of 15,000 m². The biggest hall, the Convention Hall, can host up to 5,000 people on 4,700 m². Experience the live show Stars in Concert that takes place in the Estrel Festival Centre throughout the week. A sauna, fitness room and massage studio can also be in the hotel complex.

Food & Beverages

The Piazza in the atrium features a varied selection of national and international restaurants and meeting points. Dine in the Sanssouci, Sun-Thai, Portofino, Estrel-Stube, or Orangerie restaurants. The Atrium bar, piano-bar and Chrystal night bar serve imaginative cocktails and fine spirits.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 16.50 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.25 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All further older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
