Rooms

The Estrel's individually designed, spacious rooms are between 27 m² and 34 m² in size. Look forward to modern bathrooms, large desks, voice mail, and Wi-Fi internet access (available for a surcharge). Safety features include an electronic locking system with internal bolts and a spy hole.

Hotel details

The Estrel's multifunctional, air-conditioned convention centre offers function rooms which boast an overall size of 15,000 m². The biggest hall, the Convention Hall, can host up to 5,000 people on 4,700 m². Experience the live show Stars in Concert which is performed in the Estrel's Festival Centre throughout the week.

Food & Beverages

The Piazza in the Estrel's atrium features a variety of restaurants serving German and international cuisine, and attractive meeting points. Look forward to delicious specialities in the Sanssouci, Sun-Thai, Portofino, Estrel-Stube, and Orangerie restaurants. The Atrium bar, piano bar and stylish Crystal Bar & Lounge serve colourful cocktails and fine spirits. During the summer months, you can also relax in the beer garden overlooking the Neukölln shipping canal.

If you wish to pay with a credit card which is not issued in your name, you need a written permission from the credit card holder.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 7.00 per hour.

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 15.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 18.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All further older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
