All guests receive a free city map, as well as a map for the underground and tramway. Tickets for public transport, sightseeing tours and boat trips are available at the reception desk. We can reserve tickets for the theatre and other shows on request.

Food & Beverages

After breakfast guests can enjoy soft drinks, alcoholic drinks and snacks in the hotel. Close to the hotel there are various restaurants offering German, Italian and Greek cuisine. Across the street there is an Irish Pub.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 12.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
