The House Berlin Apartments are all conveniently close to numerous restaurants, providing dining options for all tastes and budgets. Furthermore, countless bars invite you to relax with a refreshing beverage. A number of super markets, green grocers and bakeries are located nearby, giving guests the flexibility to prepare their own meals in the apartments’ fully-equipped kitchens.

Check-in is always between 14:00 and 21:30 at the address of the booked apartment. Other times are possible by arrangement. For arrivals after 21:30, an additional fee will be charged. Early check-in before 14:00 is only possible if the previous guest has departed before 11:00. Guests are encouraged to call the duty mobile telephone number at least one hour before arrival so that a member of staff can arrange to meet you at the apartment. The House Berlin Apartments accept cash payments only. Payment should be made upon arrival. There is a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 20.

The apartments are between 3 and 9 minutes away from the Zoologischer Garten intercity railway station. Directions to the individual apartments will be sent to you in a separate confirmation.
Area information All of the apartments are just steps away from an U-Bahn (underground) station, an S-Bahn (city rail) station, or a tram stop. These excellent public transport connections make all of Berlin’s world-renowned attractions easily accessible. Popular attractions include the Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie, Potsdamer Platz, the Museum Island, and the Berliner Fernsehturm (TV tower) at Alexanderplatz square. Guests will benefit from the close proximity of the House Berlin Apartments to the Kurfürstendamm shopping avenue, the KaDeWe department store and the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche (memorial church). A number of theatres are also just a short distance away.
