Choose among cosy single rooms, double rooms, and spacious family rooms for 3 people. All rooms offer an internet connection, a personal mailbox, an ISDN telephone, and modern en-suite facilities. You can use the hotel’s fitness area complete with sauna and steam bath for free. Rooms with separate beds and non-smoking rooms are also available on request.

Hotel details

The concierge service is available at all hours to address your enquiries and requests. Hotel reception staff would be happy to advise you on current events such as theatre, cabaret, sport events and concerts. Relax in the aromatic steam bath or sauna with special lights and sounds. Moreover you can visit the solarium, relax on the massage couch, accompanied by music or book a personal massage at reception (on request, please arrange an appointment before arrival). The gym offers equipment for endurance and power training.

Food & Beverages

The restaurant Alsters offers select regional and international dishes and a variety of quality drinks. Boasting a traditional Berlin atmosphere, the pub Zum Lit-fass is ideal for parties and events. Please note that the Lit-fass observes the same opening hours as the beer garden. In the beer garden, you can relax in comfortable loom chairs while you enjoy a Berliner Weiße beer with a shot of fruit-flavoured syrup. The menu includes tasty grilled dishes and hearty local specialities such as the Currywurst sausage. Located in the foyer, the Scala-Bar serves rich coffee specialities, refreshing drinks, colourful cocktails, and delicious snacks.

The internet terminal and printer in the hotel lobby are free of charge for guests. You can pick up a free daily newspaper in the entrance to the Alsters restaurant. Use of fitness area, sauna and steam bath is included in the room rate.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Lunch costs EUR 22.00 per person.  Dinner costs EUR 22.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 13 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 37.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. 

Groups

When booking for more than 10 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
