Rooms offer internet access, a personal mailbox, ISDN direct-dial telephone, cable TV, minibar and your own en suite bathroom. Non-smoking rooms are available, as are twin rooms. Please specify your wishes when making the reservation.

Hotel details

The concierge service is available at all hours to address your enquiries and requests. Hotel reception staff would be happy to advise you on current events such as theatre, cabaret, sport events and concerts. Relax in the aromatic steam bath or sauna with special lights and sounds. Moreover you can visit the solarium, relax on the massage couch, accompanied by music or book a personal massage at reception (on request, please arrange an appointment before arrival). The gym offers equipment for endurance and power training.

Food & Beverages

The restaurant “Alsters” offers select regional and international dishes and a variety of exquisite beverages. Our old Berlin pub "Zum Lit-fass" provides the ideal setting for all kinds of social events or simply a premium beer from the tap. Enjoy the typical old Berlin atmosphere here. In the hotel’s own beer garden you can lean back in a comfortable loom chair while enjoying a “Berliner Weiße” beer with a shot of fruit-flavoured syrup. Delicious grilled dishes and hearty Berlin specialities such as the classic Berlin “Currywurst” can be found on our menu. Fragrant coffees, cold drinks, tasty cocktails and small snacks for between meals are all on offer at the Scala-Bar in our foyer, which is a popular meeting place.

The internet terminal and printer in the hotel lobby are free of charge for guests. You can pick up a free daily newspaper in the entrance to the Alsters restaurant. Use of fitness area, sauna and steam bath is included in the room rate.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 13 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 36.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
