Food & Beverages

Mühlenrestaurant, located in the former grain conveyor room, is just as original as the rest of the hotel. A generous breakfast buffet awaits you every day, 80 centimetres below the water level of Tegeler Fließ. In addition to smoked salmon, quark and more, you can choose between different whole grains and refined grains. There is seating for 80 people, and breakfast is served daily from 06:00 to 11:00. With its glass bow, the Seaside Restaurant overlooks the harbour basin. The food served combines traditional and new cuisine, which is always fresh depending on what is on offer at Berlin's markets. Chef Meinrad Günter is originally from the Black Forest region and is fond of Italian and French cuisine. The waterside terrace is an idyllic paradise in summer and a wonderful place for a coffee break or relaxing barbecue in the evening. There is seating for 75 people and the summer terrace on Tegeler Fließ seats 80 people. Fine regional and international cuisine is served daily from 11:00 to 23:00.
