Area information The TopDomizil apartments are situated between the Charité hospital, the Museum of Natural History and the Hamburger Bahnhof Museum for Contemporary Art. The apartments are less than 500 metres away from the Zinnowitzer Straße U-Bahn (underground) station. From here, guests can access all of Berlin’s famous sightseeing destinations. Countless popular attractions are just a short stroll away. These include the historic Museum Island, the trendy Hackescher Markt district, and the spectacular Brandenburg Gate. Shopping destinations, such as the Kurfürstendamm avenue and the KaDeWe department store can be reached within 20 minutes using the U-Bahn train. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 16 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. EUR 15.00 service charge per stay is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
